Our community resource website is an online list or catalog of websites, listings and reviews of businesses in East Leeds.
During the Coronavirus Pandemic, whilst the Government has placed the UK in lockdown, it is important for the public to know which businesses in their local community are still operating, and also to know what practices they are undertaking with regards to “social distancing”.
Many businesses are still operating, whilst respecting a 2 metre distance. Plumbers, Electricians, Landscape gardeners, mechanics, gas engineers, plasterers – the list of business types are seemingly endless, and all are having to adapt to new and safer ways of working, to maintain their livelihoods and continue to support their families.
East Leeds Online has been set up to provide a platform for all types of businesses to quickly and efficiently let their customers know that they are still open for business, and what measures they are taking to keep their customers safe.
The site is primarily a listing site, and a basic listing is free for. Businesses can be searched by name, address (or part post code – e.g. LS15) or by District category, e.g. Garforth, Cross Gates etc from the Listings drop down menu. For the moment, the majority of businesses are in the Food industry, as they are slowly beginning to adapt their working practices, and either offering takeaway, delivery or in some cases curbside pickup. We are contacting more businesses daily, and hope to provide information on services such as electricians, plumbers, gas engineers etc.
Entries may be listed for free, but we also offer paid submissions and advertising options with more information available. Contact us for more details.
