We have ordered twice from here whilst visiting relatives and both times have not been good. The first time, the food took over one hour to arrive then came cold and dried up. Having bought from P J's in his home town many times, my son took a chance in ordering again. It arrived quickly, but was nothing like the same quality he usually gets. The bread was thin and hard and nothing like what is advertised or what he usually gets (1st photo). I contacted the branch, head office and Fb pages with no reply. Terrible service all found, but I don't think this branch deserves ro be able to use the brand name.
Never had any issues that haven't been resolved efficiently. Very diligent service, luckily as I ordered the wrong pizza just now and the wife would have kicked my butt if they hadn't queried it. Yes I eat pizza with a knife and fork 😁
I usually love Papa Johns but on this occasion was a little disappointed. The BOGOF offer isn’t as it first appears but we ended up with 2 extra large pizza’s delivered fir £22 with 3 toppings extra. Delivery on time but didn’t expect very small amount of toppings. Paying good money one expects a superior pizza that’s generously topped. Left us slightly disappointed and doubt we will order again from there.
Went to papa johns as we had 50% although hesitant due to bad reviews we thought we would give it a try. This was a mistake!! The tots were not cooked properly and instead of cheese on top it was underneath and was all stuck like it had been sat for a while. The pizza looked really uninviting and tasted even worse, it was doughy and again really thick hard cheese and it was really greasy. I’m really pleased I didn’t pay full price but I certainly won’t be returning even if it was 100% off!!!
Got moldy cheese on my kids pizza called the store and explained this to the man on the phone who didn't seem like it was a big thing even though I expressed my concerns about my kids eating a slice of the pizza each. He told me he was going to send a replacement pizza for me which didn't come. we waited till 10 for it then I tried calling but got no answer. Today is the 17th of march I called the store and got the same guy on the phone, I expressed the fact that I was disappointed at his failure to deliver the replacement pizza, and again he didn't seem to care. I asked for a refund and he offered to send me the pizza I ordered nearly 18 hours ago, which I'm sure you would agree is unacceptable. This was my first time ordering papa John's and I'm truly dissatisfied with the experience.
